IGRI focuses on redevelopment opportunities to allow it to capitalize on its value add approach.  Through a team approach IGRI can tap into skills of its core businesses to mine opportunities within existing and new assets to create value. Both land and physical assets are evaluated in terms of highest and best uses, with an aim to increase income yield and capital value.  IGRI’s experiences in development and asset management allows it to focus quickly to identify where opportunities exist: how excess lands can be better used, developed or sold, how aspects of asset and property management can be deployed to increase income yield and capital value, and how where others see only raw land with issues, or old buildings, IGRI can see a path to value add.
