Philip Reichmann (Chairman)
Mr. Reichmann is one of the founding partners of Capital Partners Inc., a Canadian private equity investment firm. Prior to that Mr. Reichmann had a distinguished career in real estate development and management as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of O&Y Properties Inc. and O&Y REIT.

Joe Hamadi
Mr. Hamadi has over 23 years of real estate development and construction experience and is the President and CEO of the Sora Group of Companies, a group engaged in site servicing, land development and design-build construction. Mr. Hamadi holds a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Joseph Jacobs
Mr. Jacobs is the co-founder and President of Wexford Capital LLC where he is primarily responsible for managing the activities of the Wexford Private Equity Funds. Prior to that he was a senior managing director at Bear Sterns Co. Inc. where he was responsible for the firm's real estate investment banking activities. Mr. Jacobs holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Don Mathew
Mr. Mathew is the Executive Vice President and Chief lnvestment Officer of IGRI. He has over 20 years experience in the real estate and development industry including 12 years with Giffels and the Company. He was instrumental in building the investment, development and design-build businesses of Giffels. His projects have lead to the creation and growth of IGRI and the Industrial Fund with RREEF/CalPERS. Mr. Mathew holds a MBA from McMaster University and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

John McKellar
Mr. McKellar is with the law firm Weirfoulds LLP and was for many years its chairman. His practice involves many commercial and international issues as advisor to lenders, borrowers and financial institutions. He is Director and Vice-chairman of the Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund and Ontario Arts Foundation, Chairman of the Toronto Arts Council, Chairman of The Yonge Centre for the Performing Arts and Chairman of the lngenium Group of Companies and a board member of various other charitable and business entities. Mr. McKellar holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. (Hons.) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was appointed Queens Counsel in 1973 and was awarded the Order of Canada in 1996.
