John is responsible for corporate governance, coordinating documentation and supporting transaction activity. He is also responsible for the direction of the Company’s legal affairs to ensure that its business strategies, policies and programs are developed and applied in full recognition of all legal implications and risks. Since 2001 he has closed over $9.5 billion of transactions in Canada, the United States, South America and Europe.
