Stephen is responsible for the creation and implementation of leasing strategies for newly acquired assets, and speculative office and industrial projects. Stephen also directs the national marketing and leasing activities of IGRI. With over 17 years of office, industrial, retail and investment sales and leasing experience in Canada, Stephen was previously VP at an international brokerage firm as well as VP & Director in the Canadian Real Estate Advisory practice of a financial consulting firm in Toronto.
