Mr. Reichmann is one of the founding partners of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners Inc., a Canadian private equity investment firm. Prior to that Mr. Reichmann had a distinguished career in real estate development and management as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of O&Y Properties Inc. and O&Y REIT.

Mr. Mathew is the Chief Investment Officer of IG Realty Investments Inc.. He has over 20 years experience in the real estate and development industry including 12 years with Giffels and the Company. His projects have lead to the creation and growth of IG Realty Investments Inc. and the Industrial Fund with RREEF/CalPERS.
