- Senior team members acquired significant experience dealing with challenges in both Canada and the U.S. during prior Real Estate recessions and have a significant track record of creating value in "unglamourous" properties - the hard working real estate that is ignored by investors who are looking for trophy assets - and in land and speculative development.

Philip Reichmann
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Reichmann is one of the founding partners of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners Inc., a Canadian private equity investment firm. Prior to that Mr. Reichmann had a distinguished career in real estate development and management as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of O&Y Properties Inc. and O&Y REIT.

John W. Comery,
President & CEO
Mr. Comery is responsible for corporate governance, coordinating documentation and supporting transaction activity. He is also responsible for the direction of the Company’s legal affairs to ensure that its business strategies, policies and programs are developed and applied in full recognition of all legal implications and risks. Since 2001 he has closed over $9.5 billion of transactions in Canada, the United States, South America and Europe.
